Instagram NotFollow

Follow these steps to download your Instagram data:

1. Go to your Instagram profile and click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
2. Navigate to "Accounts Center", then click "Your information and permissions".
3. Click "Download your information", then click "Download or transfer information".
4. Select the profiles you’d like to download information from.
5. Click "Next", then select "Some of your information".
6. Choose "Followers and Following" and click "Next".
7. Select "Download to device".
8. Choose the file options:
   • Date range: All time
   • Notify: Your email address
   • Format: JSON
   • Media quality: Low
9. Click "Create files".
10. Once you receive the download completion email, click the link to download the ZIP file.
11. Extract the ZIP file and locate the followers.json and following.json files.
